Snow Tubing and Snowmobile Riding

Back in January our friends and their three kids came out to stay with us for nine days. While they were here one of our activities was taking the kids snow tubing. This was Colby's very first time on the big hills. In all our other trips he has been too little and always had to stay at the bottom. At first he was a little hesitant but once he started we couldn't get him to stop.





Here is Cameron taking a ride in his tube. Since he wasn't old enough to tube yet I got the pleasure of pulling him around and sliding him down little hills to pass the time. He had a ton of fun!



After tubing we headed over to the snowmobiles so the big kids could try out their mad skills. I was a little nervous for Colby to ride these as the closet thing he's ever driven was a bumper car and on bumper cars it doesn't matter what you run into but he surprised me by doing an awesome job. He stayed on the course the entire time, yay!





After all our outdoor fun we headed inside to warm up with some hot chocolate!
